A product line package design was needed for freeze-dried fruit snack on the go. The main motive was to make it fun, energetic and very colourful, as it is a tradition in IBK’s sortiment.
When designing the package it was important to emphasise the fact that the drying method used was freezing the fruit. Also all the main information on the front had to be in both Czech and English.
The initial concepts featured a mix of real photos of the fruit and illustrations / small drawn touches to add an extra layer of subtle details. We stuck to that route all the way and it really payed off as the final packaging is unmistakably authentic and fitting this category of products.
Bright, saturated colours in combination with big photos of the products, brushed / drawn elements and the shiniest package bag known to mankind definitely makes these healthy snacks appeal to a wide variety of audience.
